1. How we quote

Every product states what is included and what is not right on its own page — because every service differs.

The price we give you is the final price for the exact number of guests you confirm — itemised before you pay any deposit.

No weekend surcharge.

2. Deposit & payment

Deposit 50% — this is the moment your place is actually held.

Once you have the booking / service reference number, you pay the 50% balance.

We accept bank transfer, MoMo e-wallet, or payment at our office. Tell us which card you hold and we will confirm what we can accept.

3. How children are priced

Two kinds of service use two different measures — so we always ask for both age and height:

• Vinpearl hotel rooms — by age on the check-in date: under 4 free · 4 to under 12 child rate · 12 and over adult rate.
• VinWonders tickets & island tours — by height: under 1m free · 1m to under 1.40m child ticket · 1.40m and over adult ticket.
• Cable car to Hòn Tre island has only 2 bands: under 1m free, 1m and over normal ticket.

4. Cancellation & changes — depends on the service

• Island tours: cancellable before departure time.
• Issued VinWonders tickets: non-cancellable — we will help resell them if there is still time.
• Vinpearl hotel rooms: effectively non-cancellable — we will help transfer them to another guest. If a transfer succeeds we process a name change, fee 378,000 VND per guest.

We state the cancellation terms of the exact service you choose before you pay a deposit.
